ACA Compliance Resolutions save client $600,000 in avoided penalties

OVD started out a new client relationship and through the onboarding audit, discovered that the prior broker had not been paying attention to the details and failed to advise on specific compliance issues.

The team at OVD immediately went to work resolving the penalty assessments and took over the management of the ACA Reporting going forward. The resolved IRS 226J Demand Letters for this client ultimately saved them $600,000.
