Jordan Shillinger
During Jordan’s 17 years with OVD, he has remained committed to supporting both clients and the team. He co-leads OVD’s Transportation practice, helping clients navigate risk with efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency.

Over the past 8 years, Sean has brought an innovative perspective to the Transportation and Automotive practice at OVD. As co-leader of OVD’s Transportation practice, he is committed to bringing a revitalized approach to the industry, ensuring decisions are always made in the best interest of clients and the team.

Steve Binnig
Steve has quickly become a driving force at OVD since joining the team in 2021, bringing specialized expertise in last-mile delivery. He leads OVD’s Final Mile program, partnering with Amazon DSPs, FedEx CSPs, and other delivery operators nationwide.

Jonathan Broyles
Jonathan’s joined over in 2019, where he has raised the bar regarding the level of expertise and service we provide our clients. Jonathan serves as our managing partner for our Raleigh, North Carolina office and plays a pivotal role in leading production across all lines of business.
Rebekah VanBeek
A decade-long industry veteran, Rebekah is a key force in OVD’s Employee Benefits division. Having successfully led the department as Director, she now serves as a Producer, combining her leadership insight with a passion for generating new business and delivering exceptional client results.
Will Collins
A 14-year industry veteran, Will is a pivotal leader in OVD’s expansion. He serves as Managing Partner of the Pittsburgh office, directing consultations for large commercial clients and maintaining our agency’s commitment to excellence.
